We offer free returns within 14 days of delivery on any full-priced items placed within the U.S. For all International orders, returns will be accepted, however, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges that may apply.
For sanitary reasons, all returns must be unworn and bought from Waywardco.com. Returned items must be in new condition with tags and liners attached within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. It is at Wayward Co.'s discretion to determine if the returned product has been worn. If is it determined the product has been worn, orders will not be accepted for a return or store credit. Wayward Co. can't send back the order and will have to damage out the item.
If there is an issue of receiving the wrong item or you have an item that is defective beyond normal wear and tear, please contact our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss an exchange.
Please note, sale items are non-refundable. Please double check your sizing or reach out to our Customer Service team before purchasing. No modifications can be made after your order is placed.
