Shipping Policy
Orders placed on the Waywardco.com website can be shipped to the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories and many international countries.
When your order is packaged, an email confirmation with tracking information will be sent to the email you provided when placing your order. Please allow up to 24 hours from receipt of this email for the carrier to confirm tracking information. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact customerservice@waywardco.com
A signature may be required for domestic packages at our discretion.
Please note that FedEx orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. box or APO/FPO address, Puerto Rico or Guam. For international deliveries please provide an alternate address. DHL does not deliver to PO boxes.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping for US orders over $100. If your US order is under $100, shipping costs will vary. We always work to select the best price based on quoted delivery dates and pricing. Our international standard shipping and express shipping will also vary, see prices at checkout.
Our transit times are based on USPS and FedEx posted delivery days and we cannot guarantee receipt of your order in the stated number of days if there are carrier issues, inclement weather or other factors out of our control.
